Taylor's Atlas

Ronald C. Taylor published An Atlas of Pacific Islands Rainfall in 1973. Stations were included in the atlas if they satisfied at least one of these criteria:

Located on an atoll or small island
Located in a remote area
Long unbroken data record regardless of location

The following files contain the monthly rainfall records for each station. The digitized records were compared with the atlas for accuracy, but no quality control has been performed on the data. A station catalog is available.

Files are tab-delimited ASCII txt
All values are in millimeters
Trace amounts are flagged as -1
Missing amounts are flagged as -2
