* Daily rainfall estimates are derived from Oklahoma Mesonet Data.
* Data is arranged in monthly files located within separate yearly files.
* Files have headers explaining the column format/structure.
     Format:  yyyymmdd, center point of box, est. ave rainfall
* No data is denoted by -999
* Rainfall units = millimeters (mm)
